Today is Menu Plan Monday.  I have decided that two new recipes a week is too much for this single gal.  So, this week, I am trying one new recipe and making good use of my crockpot.  I am also avoiding wheat products this week.  So, I am substuting corn based breads or Spelt Bread for any meals where I would like to have bread.
